Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard tracked shipping is a flat $5.95 within the US, $15.95 to Alaska and Hawaii, and $9.95 to select international countries.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 12 to 15 business days within the US, and 15 to 30 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and select international countries. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship to select countries for a flat $9.95, with tracked delivery in 15 to 30 business days. Available countries are shown at checkout. Customs fees, import duties and local taxes are not included and are paid by the customer.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also follow the steps on our Track order page.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened sets within 30 days of delivery. Email support@pieceverse.com with your order number before sending anything back. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of us receiving the item. See our Refund policy.
Can I return an opened set?
Returns are for unopened sets. If a part is missing, incorrect or damaged, we ship the replacement free within 48 hours of confirming your request (requests within 60 days of delivery) and you do not need to return anything. Use our Missing parts request form.
Building & Compatibility
Are the sets compatible with other brick brands?
Our sets are brick-compatible and designed to connect with bricks from major brick brands. Each product page includes a compatibility note.
What age are the sets for?
Each product page lists the recommended age range and any safety warnings. Sets contain small parts that can be a choking hazard for young children.
How difficult are the builds?
Every set shows a difficulty level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Expert. You can also filter collections by difficulty.
Missing pieces
What if a piece is missing from my set?
We ship missing parts free of charge within 48 hours of confirming your request. Requests are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Send us a Missing parts request with your order number, the set name and a description of the part.
How long does a replacement take?
We aim to confirm and dispatch replacement parts within 48 hours of reviewing your photos. Delivery then follows our standard shipping times.
