Every order ships with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, so you can follow it the entire way.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
Delayed, lost, or stolen packages
If your tracking has not updated in a while, or your package appears lost or stolen in transit, contact support@pieceverse.com with your order number. See our Refund policy for details.
Incorrect delivery address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided on the order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
